Grind almonds and cashews into a powder and set aside<br \/>\n2. Process ginger, garlic, carrots, onion, raisins, and salt into small pieces<br \/>\n3. Add oil, lemon juice, powdered almonds and cashews, and process until well combined<br \/>\n4. Lay nori sheets on a flat surface and spread spinach leaves along bottom half<br \/>\n5. Spread about 1\/4 cup filling on the spinach, along edge closest to you<br \/>\n6. Roll up nori sheet and slice into 6 pieces using a sharp knife<br \/>\n7.
