Mango Red-Pepper Salad

1 large head Romaine lettuce
1 1/2 medium cucumbers
1 medium mango
2 medium red peppers

1. Chop the lettuce into a large bowl
2. Peel the cucumber if preferred and thinly slice into wedges.
3.  Slice the tomato into wedges.
4. Toss the cucumber and tomato in with the lettuce.

1. Peel and pit the mango.
2. Core the pepper.
3. Blend the mango and pepper together.
