Heirloom Avocado Salad

8 oz. romaine lettuce
8 oz. cucumber
12 oz. tomatoes
6 oz. California avocado
1/4 cup cilantro

Peel and slice the cucumber into a bowl with the lettuce, chopped. Separately, chop the tomato and avocado into chunks and stir together with finely chopped cilantro until well blended, and then pour over salad.
